How do I place an order?
You can order two ways. Online: add your arrangement to your cart, choose pickup or local delivery to one of our flat-rate zip codes at checkout, and add any special requests in the notes box. By phone: call us at (904) 388-2060 and a designer will help you build the perfect piece. For live arrangements, please order by 11am for same-day local delivery or by 3pm for same-day pickup. We'll call you as soon as it's ready!
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer flat-rate local delivery to select Jacksonville zip codes, available right at checkout, plus pickup at the shop. Delivering somewhere outside those zip codes? Give us a call at (904) 388-2060 and we'll quote it for you.
What types of arrangements can I order?
Every arrangement is custom-made with the freshest seasonal plants. Have a color, style, or specific plant in mind? Just ask, availability may vary by season, but our designers will work with you to create a piece that fits your occasion and budget. For 35 years, that's meant a one-of-a-kind arrangement every time.
What should I expect when speaking with a designer?
One of our designers will walk you through a few quick questions: your budget, the occasion, size, and color preferences, plus where the arrangement will live so it thrives once it's there. It's a short conversation that helps us build a piece that's truly yours.
How do I order one of your custom wreaths?
Call us at (904) 388-2060 to speak with a designer. We'll talk through your preferred style, size, colors, and ribbon, each bow is handcrafted from our premium ribbon collection in single, double, or triple styles. Selections vary by season, so if you're local, stop by to browse ribbons in person. Not nearby? Show us your inspiration on Instagram and we'll do our best to match it. Faux wreaths can also be shipped, just call to order.
What is your return policy?
We want you completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, call us at (904) 388-2060 and we'll make it right. Due to state agricultural regulations, we can't accept returns or exchanges on live plants, but if there's ever an issue with your arrangement, please reach out. All other items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt.
Do you ship?
We ship non-live items nationwide, faux wreaths, garden stakes, and decor. Live plants and arrangements can't be shipped, but they're available for pickup or local delivery to select Jacksonville-area zip codes. Call us at (904) 388-2060 to place an order.
Do you design for weddings or events?
We don't offer full-service wedding or event design, but we're happy to create large custom orders for special occasions with advance notice, our team has built 10–30 planted centerpieces for events across Jacksonville. Call us at (904) 388-2060 at least two weeks ahead to talk through your budget and design preferences with a designer.
