Browse our selection online, then place your order by calling the shop at (904) 388-3060 to speak with a designer for pick-up or local delivery. You can also fill out our Custom Order Request Form on the website, and a member of our team will contact you to finalize details.
For live arrangements, orders must be placed before 11am for same-day local delivery or by 3pm for same-day pick-up. We’ll call you as soon as your order is ready!
Do you deliver?
Yes! Our arrangements are available for pickup at the shop or local delivery to select zip codes across Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Augustine and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by zip code.

When you place an order with Anita’s Garden Shop, one of our designers will guide you through the details to create the perfect arrangement. We’ll ask about your budget, occasion, size or height needs, and color preferences. We may also ask where the arrangement will be placed to ensure it thrives, and whether it’s for pick-up or local delivery.

How do I order one of your custom wreaths?
To order a custom wreath, call us at (904) 388-2060 to speak with a designer or fill out our Custom Order Request Form online. We’ll ask about your preferred style, size, colors, and ribbon options. Each bow is handcrafted from our premium ribbon collection, with choices of single, double, or triple bows. Please note: wreath and ribbon selections vary by season and availability.
If you’re local to Jacksonville, stop by the shop to browse ribbons in person. Not nearby? Browse our Instagram for inspiration and share your ideas—we’ll do our best to match your vision. Our faux wreaths are also able to be shipped. Call the shop to place an order!
What is your return policy?
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase! If something isn’t right, please call us at (904) 388-2060 and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Due to state agricultural regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on live plants. However, if you experience any issues with your arrangement, please contact us so we can assist you.
All other items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
Do you ship?
We do offer domestic shipping within the U.S. for all non-live plant items such as faux wreaths, garden stakes and decor, etc.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship live plants and arrangements but they are available for local pickup or delivery to select zip codes across Jacksonville, the Beaches, St. Augustine and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

Do you design for weddings or events?
While we don’t offer full-service wedding or event design, we’re happy to create large custom orders for your special occasion with advance notice. Our team has designed 10–30 planted centerpieces for events and parties across Jacksonville.
To place an event order, please call (904) 388-2060 at least 2 weeks in advance to discuss your request, budget, and design preferences with a shop designer.
